Before you automate content, find the real bottleneck.
Making a first draft faster only helps if the first draft is where your work slows down. Try these three questions on the last piece you published:

Where did it wait the longest: the idea, the draft, the edit, approval, or publishing?

Was the slow part repetitive work, or a decision nobody had made yet?
- 03
If AI made that step twice as fast, would the whole piece ship sooner?
If the answer to #3 is no, automate a different step. A faster draft is not a faster process.
